Videos: Kotzebue gives hero's welcome to Iditarod champ Baker
Kotzebue blogger Cathy Jones has posted video of Iditarod champion John Baker's return to his hometown Monday afternoon. Baker was greeted at the airport by cheering fans. Then he was taken in a motorcade (which appears to have included every emergency vehicle in Kotz, with sirens blaring) to a reception at the school, where he gave a speech in the gymnasium.
